Add some flax seeds for more fiber and healthy fats
If you like, you can add 10 to 15 grams of ground flax seeds to the porridge. This increases the omega 3 content and adds a good amount of fiber. If you do this, you should use a litte bit more milk. Otherwise the oatmeal may get too thick.
As always, I hope you like the new recipe. Enjoy it.
Best regards and see you soon.
